I joined Yellow Belly a few months ago when I was coming to the end of recovery from a long term illness; I was really nervous at the start mainly as it was years since I was physical able to exercise, to get started I done multiple PT sessions with Martha. She immediately put my nerves at ease and gave me the encouragement and support I needed, taking it slow at first and making sure I was ok throughout, this eventually led to me being in a position to join the main classes. I started in Yellow Belly back in November and I have loved every minute it’s an amazing gym! I had no knowledge about CrossFit before starting and thought I was really out of my depths wanting to join, but that went away from the very minute I joined.
